1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "fb002," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the fb002 platform accessible at fb002.club.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the fb002 platform.
• "Platform" means the fb002 website, all associated pages, mobile-browser experience, games, software, and services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, and matched deposit amounts subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To place real-money wagers on fb002, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid mobile number registered in the Philippines (+63 format) or a valid email address;
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A username and secure password of your choosing;
• Any additional information required by fb002 for KYC compliance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one active fb002 account. This restriction applies regardless of the device, payment method, or name used. Creating multiple accounts — or allowing a third party to create an account on your behalf — is prohibited. fb002 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. fb002 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify fb002 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account by contacting support at [email protected].

4. Eligibility

Use of the fb002 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• Are not subject to self-exclusion on the fb002 Platform or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list;
• Are not acting as an agent or representative for another person in placing wagers;
• Are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of fb002 or its affiliated operators.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

fb002 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya credit to your fb002 balance instantly upon successful authorization.

fb002 does not charge deposit fees on the above payment methods. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. fb002 accepts only Philippine Peso (₱) deposits. Currency conversion is not available.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your fb002 account. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit;
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 applies unless otherwise stated;
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 per calendar month will be processed;
• fb002 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of address and source of funds — before processing large withdrawal requests;
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fb002 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. fb002 will report suspicious transactions to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) as required by law. fb002 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation by relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fb002 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. The following general terms apply to all fb002 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement (e.g., 30x) must be completed on eligible games before any portion of the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or not at all;
• Bonus funds cannot be used to fulfill the minimum stake requirement for progressive jackpot games unless explicitly stated;
• fb002 reserves the right to cancel a promotion, modify its terms, or revoke bonuses at any time if abuse, error, or fraud is detected;
• Attempting to exploit bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All game outcomes on fb002 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. fb002 does not alter RNG outputs or game results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate representations of the long-run statistical average.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, any wager placed during the affected session will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's Real Money Balance. fb002 is not liable for bets lost due to network interruptions on the player's side.

Bets placed and accepted are final. fb002 does not cancel or reverse accepted wagers on the basis of a player's change of mind. In cases of clear and demonstrable error in odds or game configuration, fb002 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb002 Platform:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software that interact with the Platform outside of normal browser use;
• Collusion with other players, including team play in poker or coordinated wagering to exploit promotions;
• Chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of game manipulation;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of illicit funds;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent deposit disputes after play;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at fb002 staff or other players;
• Any activity that violates applicable Philippine law, including the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where legally required, reporting to PAGCOR, AMLC, or Philippine law enforcement agencies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fb002 Platform — including but not limited to the fb002 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of fb002 or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the fb002 Platform without prior written consent from fb002.

10. Privacy & Data

fb002's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the fb002 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to fb002's data processing as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb002's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb002 is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or special damages; (b) loss of profits or wagering opportunities; (c) technical failures beyond fb002's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events; (d) your reliance on information on the Platform that was accurate at time of publication but subsequently became outdated.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits fb002's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

fb002 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, fb002 provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits, settable in your account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after continuous play of a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for any period from one week to permanent, activated via account settings or by contacting support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the fb002 Platform shall first be referred to fb002 customer support for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, which constitutes the binding dispute resolution mechanism for licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any matter not resolved through PAGCOR's process.
